Our instruments are handcrafted at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains from selected hardwoods. Instruments are constructed of walnut, cherry, maple, mahogany or a combination of these woods. No plywood is used in the construction of the instruments.
Some instruments are available for immediate shipment. Special orders will require additional time and will ship upon completion.
Dulcimers-plus also has fretless banjos. You can get these with regular strings, or nylon strings. If you are looking for that old-timey feel and sound order one of these mountain banjos with "gut" strings (add $30 for gut strings).
